Fees and Charges - NEW PLEASE READ

A deposit of 25% is to be paid in full before a project will commence. This fee is strictly non refundable and ensures your chosen service, and therefore the professional creating it, are secured. Extra fees may be applied to cover deposits for external parties eg: a studio or third party. This deposit does not offer a tangible product however is deducted from the final amount owed. Unless otherwise stated the remainder of the account balance should be paid within 30 days. For photographic services the full amount is to be paid upon deliverance of product (upon delivery of disc)

Additional services and requests that incur a fee beyond the basic outline first established will be added at the time of invoice.

As per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts act 1998, late payments are charged at a rate of 8% over the bank of England base rate, with a monthly compensation charge.

  • Balance up to £999 - £40 per month
  • Balance of £1000 - £9,999 - £70 per month

If there are valid reasons as to why you are unable to pay a bill on time please inform us prior to the expected date of payment. The client is liable for fees incurred against Razor Smile as a result of their actions or neglect.

Development

Prior to launch we will discuss with you several factors that will affect your site and its planned launch and a date of competition will be issued. This date is based upon the guidelines discussed. Before a project can commence an amount of content, of which your designer can work from, must be submitted. This content should include a navigational structure, page text and images. Should full content not be made available by the time of site launch then a per hour fee will be charged to complete the site.

Once completed we are not responsible for the upkeep or security of files or passwords. Please ensure you have a copy of, and periodically back up, your files as we do not archive projects.

Copyrights

Scripts, CGI and CSS remain the copyrights of Razor Smile. The resale or distribution of the files, are any other, is not permitted.

Copyrights are held by Razor Smile, or the works respective owner(s), until such time that payment has been received in full (where service applicable)

Commissioned photographic images are granted full, royalty free copyrights to the client upon full payment.

No part of a website (graphics, stock images) may be reused, redistributed or used for printing purposes without permission.

Razor Smile reserve the right to refuse to work with material where copyrights are not owned by the client.

The client is responsible for the content of their site.

Procedure Of Complaint

If you are unhappy with any part of the service supplied by Razor Smile please inform us at the earliest date and we will endeavour to remedy your complaint. It is important to us that you are happy with the service we have provided. If you are unhappy with a web service please notify us within 28 days. If unhappy with a photographic service please notify us within 7 days of us sending your disc.
